Maximize your Cup of Green Tea
Want to lose weight or boost your immune system? Drink green tea. Consuming at least 3 cups a day offers a host of benefits:

For maximum benefits and taste, go for organic loose leaf tea, use boiling water and steep for 2 to 5 minutes. If you use a tea bag, squeeze it after steeping to release more catechins (those health-promoting antioxidants).
Extra tip: Bottled and flavored green tea have lower levels of catechins and are less potent.
