How have you changed from last year? You are constantly evolving. As your cells transform, so does your mind and spirit. Every learning sows a seed and every decision has a downstream implication whether you realize it or not. Daily actions build character, grow relationships and make a life. So, consciously evolve. Pay attention to the choices you make every day. Develop a reflective practice of checking in with yourself each morning and evening so you can build personal awareness and accountability. Do a quarterly and annual review of your own growth. As you bring subtle shifts to light, you can celebrate victories and course correct if you’ve taken a wrong turn. Being an active participant in your story can help you be present with an engaging and fulfilling journey – not just through the eyes and perspective of hindsight.
