Cameo on CBS News with Tao

97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch, CBS News host Mary Calvi and Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy

July 12, 2016–Over the last few years, I’ve stayed in the background from a media standpoint to focus my energies on shining light on 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch. She joined Tao’s Thursday morning yoga session at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hartsdale, New York. It was her first yoga class and she looked like a pro! I made comments on Tao as her student and co-author of her autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master.
