Day 3: Tune your Mind

How have you been doing with your reflective practice? The key is to start and then be consistent. It takes at least 21 days of doing something to make it a habit.

How about your mental frequency? Have you checked it out today? Day 3 in the book, is about Power Living Principle#2: Tune your Mind to the Positive. Be sure to reflect on your mental energy on page 35. Use the affirmation on page 18 at morning, lunch, before bed, and anytime your mind needs tuning. Remember Proverbs 23:7:

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.
