July 12, 2016–Over the last few years, I’ve stayed in the background from a media standpoint to focus my energies on shining light on 97-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch. Now I’m easing back in the public eye with some cameos. I was delighted to be in a CBS News featuring Mary Calvi. It was such a pleasure working with Mary, who is also First Lady of Yonkers. She joined Tao’s Thursday morning yoga session at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hartsdale, New York. It was her first yoga class and she looked like a pro! I made comments on Tao as her student and co-author of her autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master.
