Tao on America’s Got Talent

On Tuesday, June 9, 2015, 96-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch and dance parter Vard Margaryan will be dancing on the TV show, America’s Got Talent. Check her out as she kicks up her heels and spins around. This season features Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel as judges, and Nick Cannon as host.

On Monday, April 27, 2015, the JCC Mid-Westchester in Scarsdale, New York hosted “An Evening with Tao Porchon-Lynch.” It was a conversation with 96-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch about her incredible life and inspirational philosophy moderated by Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy.

THE BUZZ: On Tuesday, March 3, 2015, I had the honor of speaking on a panel for the 2015 American Heart Association Go Red Luncheon held at the New York Hilton Midtown. The educational breakout was entitled, “Finding Your Passion to Find Heart Health.” I shared the stage with a group of dynamic women including Agapi Stassinopoulos (bestselling author and speaker), Icilma V. Fergus, MD, FACC (Director of Cardiovascular Disparities at Mount Sinai Medical Center), MaryAnn Browning (Founder & President of Browning’s Fitness) and our moderator Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum (Director of Women’s Heart Health of Lenox Hill Hospital).
