WALK THROUGH THE DOOR

As Helen Keller said: “When one door of happiness closes, another opens: but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.”

Have you ever spent so long lamenting your past that you miss the present? Being deaf and blind at 19 months old, Helen Keller probably had many doors of happiness closed early in life. However, she always seemed to look forward – learning how to speak, as well as using Braille and sign language. She became the first deafblind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later became an author, activist and lecturer. This week, be inspired by her example and walk through the door. If something didn’t turn out the way you hoped, keep your eyes open for new opportunities. Happiness might be just a few steps away.

Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
