Who are you trying to please? With such a media-obsessed world, it’s easy to get caught up in being externally-oriented. We can get lured down the rabbit hole of living other people’s dreams and worrying about what other people think. Instead, be who you are. Be clear on what you truly want and why you want it. Challenge inherited beliefs and get rid of the “shoulds.” Let people know what is on your mind. Don’t be cruel, but always seek to be truthful. Those who really love you want you to be yourself. Those who don’t, will try to box you in. So, live from the heart – actively choosing your path and your positive posse.
