Listen to this week’s message:
As Richard Wagner said: “Joy is not in things; it is in us.”
What makes your spirit smile? It’s nice to give and receive gifts. It’s a fun ritual of holidays and special occasions. While physical things can bring a momentary sense of happiness, true joy is about the moments in life that speak to your soul. It is a deep sense of gratitude that makes you smile from the inside out. Embody joy and allow it to stream from you. Be the source of your own joy; don’t wait for something or someone to provide it. Give thanks for everything. Be a witness to life. Open your eyes to see the grace and goodness around you. Delight in the subtle. Throughout the day, ask yourself, “How can I find joy in this moment?” You may be in the midst of chaos, around family or people you may not want to be around, but still ask the question. In the asking, you’ll find an answer – an answer so simple that it in itself may make you smile.
Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
With Purpose & Power,
