On Thursday, June 4th, I attended the Eleventh Annual Uncommon Height Gala in Washington, D.C. in honor of Dr. Dorothy Height’s birthday. She celebrated 97 years. The honoree was Oprah Winfrey and the Honorary Chair was First Lady Michelle Obama. I was there with my sister Sheila Kennedy Bryant. View more pictures from the event.
