The Power of… PARTNERSHIP
PARTNERSHIP. Are you a loner or a connector? What type of genuine partnerships have you formed in your life? I was a tom-boy athlete growing up. I ran track, swam and did gymnastics competitively and was successful at winning many medals. Social Venture Network Conference Fall 2009
From October 22nd through 25th, I participated in the SVN Fall 2009 Conference at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa in California. I also taught a yoga class. The Social Venture Network brings together the pioneers of socially-conscious business to collaborate and connect in order to transform the way the world does business. My sister, Sheila Kennedy Bryant, joined me. I must thank Ed Dugger from UNC Ventures for inviting me again, and Deb Nelson, SVN’s Executive Director, for welcoming me back. I joined SVN in 2002 as an “Emerging Entrepreneur.”

We create stories of what we will do and re-live the emotions of what we’ve done – for good or bad. This prevents us from being fully Present in the moment.
