Listen to this week’s message:
As rabbi and author Sidney Greenberg said: “A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks that others throw at him.”
How do you respond to criticism? Sometimes people say things we don’t really want to hear. Any critique, even if it is well-intended, can be hard to take. Our natural instinct is to put up a defense. Life, though, is about growth and in order to sprout often you have to dig deep. This week, lay your foundation. Take time to understand who you really are in this moment. Do a personal SWOT analysis – a tool used in business to look at Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. By doing an honest self-assessment – including those “bricks” or observations others have thrown at you – you will step-by-step manifest your own vision of success.
Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
With Purpose & Power,
Terri
