What chances are you ready to take? One thing I’ve learned from the incredible life of my teacher yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch is the power of action. When she was performing in the top cabarets in London during World War II, she wanted to do more for the war so she became a French Resistance fighter putting her life at risk to help Jews escape the Nazis. When she wasn’t getting the acting roles she wanted in Hollywood, she became a writer, producer and international film distributor. She crafted her own path and wasn’t afraid to take risks. Whatever is in your heart, go for it. Explore. Dream. Discover. Say yes to life! Shake up your normal routine. Love more fully. Act with conviction. Live with no regrets. No matter what your current age, now is the time to try new things and claim your joy. Tao became a competitive ballroom dancer at the age of 87… what are you waiting for?!
