Create a sacred space. Find a place in your living area that is quiet and private, even if it is a corner or a closet with some comfy pillows. Remove any clutter and/or dust. Let other people around you know that this is your “quiet zone.” Put something in the space that gives you peace. Use this space to clear your mind and reflect.
