My Aunt Lillian died this morning. She had open heart surgery in May and we thought she had pulled through. This morning, she took a turn for the worse. Needless to say, it was a sad day for my family.
Dr. Lillian Kennedy Beam, as she was known professionally, was an amazing woman. She built the United States International University in Nairobi almost 30 years ago, and even after she retired as Vice Chancellor, she continued to build schools throughout Kenya. The vision of peace I receive right now is that she is now hanging out with my dad in the spirit world!
