THE BUZZ: On November 24th, 2011, I was back in Jamaica this time serving as a keynote for the Jamaica Customer Service Association Conference in Kingston. Customer service is a national priority in Jamaica’s Vision 2030 Plan. Their goal is for Jamaica to be the choice place to live, work, raise a family and do business. Since the talk was on Thanksgiving, my family joined me for a holiday in Montego Bay.
THE BUZZ: From August 17th – 23rd, 2011, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy, Ph.D., MBA was on a Power Living® in Jamaica tour introducing Power Living to the beautiful island of Jamaica. She led a Power Living corporate workshop for employees of Jamaica National Bank (JNB) and the Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston. She also offered private executive coaching, taught two yoga workshops at the YogaAngels studio at Villa Ronai, and participated in a cultural event held at Wiki Wakae beach.
