Listen to this week’s message:
It has been said: “Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go.”
How do you let go — with ease or with regret? Nature is incredible in giving us clues on how to live. In the Northern Hemisphere, September brings the fall equinox. As the nights get longer and the daylight shorter, in some places the yellow and red that were masked by the green chlorophyll in the leaves during the summer show up vividly. We witness a glorious array of color right before the trees go bare. Then, the leaves are literally “pushed off” the trees so that the tree can survive the winter and grow new leaves in the spring. It’s like a well-orchestrated magic show. Like Nature, let go beautifully. Evaluate all aspects of your life and “push off” what is not working for you anymore. Get rid of physical things that are cluttering your space. Shed negative mental habits that don’t serve you. Say goodbye to toxic people. Joyously welcome in new energy and rituals. Know that this is the natural order of things. The reflection time of winter will help you live more vibrantly in spring. Be grateful for each season. Instead of resisting change, trust the intelligence of the Universe and celebrate the bounty that will reveal itself as you continue to evolve with intention.
Until next time, remember-it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
With Purpose & Power,
Terri
