Listen to this week’s message:
As Dr. Seuss said, “Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think and twice as beautiful as you’ve ever imagined.”
How do you see yourself? No matter how accomplished you are, the biggest Achilles’ heel for most people is the feeling of not being good enough. In our “look at me” society, it’s easy to get caught up in comparing yourself with others or to “ideal” (and unreal) magazine images. We can become our worst critics. For example, when supermodel Cindy Crawford was younger she wanted to get rid of the “ugly mark” on her face. Her mother convinced her to keep the mole that has become her trademark. Every day, take time to remember who you are. Look in the mirror and affirm that you are brave, strong, smart and beautiful. What you think is a flaw, could be a special “design feature” that makes you unique. You are one-of-a-kind and are meant to shine. You have been given special gifts and talents, and are equipped for any challenge. Don’t fear, success is right here. Live from within and you will never be without.
Until next time, remember-it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
With Purpose & Power,
Terri
