As R.C. Ferguson said, “A man is getting old when he walks around a puddle instead of through it.”

How inquisitive are you? As we take on the role and responsibilities of being an adult, we often lose the spontaneity and curiosity of a child. We begin to abide by the rules of society and sometimes lose our inner spark. Life is to be lived joyously, so walk through the puddle. Every day, consciously release your inner child. Look at things with eyes of wonder. Pick up a stone and skip it on the water. Go down a path least traveled. Ask the questions that are really on your mind. Turn problems around by viewing them from a different perspective. Bring an air of lightness and play to your conversations and relationships. Explore the world with a sense of anticipation and discovery. Having an adventurous spirit will make you a healthier person and a better leader, lover and soul seeker.

Until next time, remember-it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
