Listen to this week’s message:
As Coco Chanel said, “Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself.”
How authentically YOU are you? Our celebrity-crazed, media-laden society encourages us to emulate others while advertising beats down our self-esteem. There are countless messages telling us what we need to improve yet unconditional self-acceptance is at the heart of living a happy and fulfilled life. So, be beautifully YOU. Discover and showcase the essence of who you really are. Forget about any contrived image you’re trying to project to the world. It’s a lot of work to be something you’re not. Trust that you are innately whole and complete right now. Embrace and celebrate the things that make you unique–from your face and body shape to your personality quirks and special talents. Emphasize your strengths while pushing aside self-criticism. Instead of thinking about things you want to “fix”, consider how you want to grow and build self-awareness. The confidence that comes from being comfortable with yourself will radiate from your being, emitting an energy that attracts genuine relationships and rewarding experiences.
Until next time, remember–it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
With Purpose & Power,
Terri
