    Hi Theresa,

Sometime in the spring of 2009, I did the 7 day detox- well it was more like 6. I skipped a day of juicing. In any case, I’m ready to start the new year by cleansing my system and I’m going to document my progress on my blog (http://consciouslivingnyc.blogspot.com/). I found your Power Detox book to be very thorough and easy to follow.

    Thanks for creating the program.

    Suncear -

You’re welcome! I’m glad you find it helpful. There is a whole group of people doing the detox for the new year. I will encourage them to post their comments. Be sure to share your journey here as well!

    With Purpose & Power,

    Terri
