Yoga Alliance Team at Ananda
THE BUZZ:
I spent the last four days at the Ananda Village ashram right outside of Nevada City in California. It was for the Yoga Alliance Board Retreat. One of the Board members lives in this paradise! Ananda is an ashram created by Swami Kriyananda (J. Donald Walters) to teach the principles of Yogananda. At The Expanding Light, Ananda’s guest retreat, people from all walks of life can learn various aspects of yoga and meditation. The picture of these beautiful flowers was taken at the Crystal Hermitage which has the most beautiful gardens who will ever see.
